PART II—The Multi-Passionate Woman: Building A Brand With All Of Who You Are

Today, I want to show you what a multi-passionate brand actually looks like, and more importantly, what kind of woman it takes to create one. There's a moment that happens about six months into building this way...You're sitting at your desk, looking at something you just created: a post, an offer, a piece of writing, and you realize...

On Tuesday, I introduced you to my friend Johanna Mäkilä-Manninen and how she began crafting a brand that embodied all her multi-passions in one, despite what every leader and business coach above her told her she should do.

Today, I want to show you what a multi-passionate brand actually looks like, and more importantly, what kind of woman it takes to create one.

There's a moment that happens about six months into building this way.

You're sitting at your desk, looking at something you just created: a post, an offer, a piece of writing, and you realize you didn't agonize over whether it was "on brand."

You didn't ask yourself, "Is this too much?" or "Will people get confused?" or "Should I save this for a different platform?"

You just created it because it wanted to be created. Because all the parts of you that used to feel like they were competing finally learned how to work together.

And for the first time in years, you're not exhausted by your own existence.

That's the moment you know something has fundamentally shifted.

So what does a multi-passionate brand actually look like?

It doesn't look like a niche. It looks like a world. A realm

A multi-passionate brand isn't built around a single problem you solve, it's built around a perspective, a way of seeing the world that only you have.

It's the place where your seemingly unrelated gifts discover they were always connected, where your love of strategy and your love of poetry aren't competing interests; they're two sides of the same vision.

When someone lands on your platform, they don't think, "Oh, she's a business coach" or "Oh, she's a creative consultant." They think, "I want to live in the world she's building."

The content doesn't follow a predictable pattern: One day you're teaching something tactical, the next day you're sharing something theological. The day after that, you're posting about beauty or sound or the body or a book that changed you.

And the women who follow you don't get confused, they get more interested. Because they're not there for tips, they're there for the way you think and move.

You don’t niche down - the niche becomes you.

But here's what most people don't tell you:

Building this kind of brand requires a different kind of woman.

Not the version of woman you think is more talented, or disciplined, or more strategic.

But a woman who's more integrated, courageous and willing to trust herself when no one else's framework fits.

1️⃣ She has to accept that she will confuse some people.

Not everyone will get it. Some people will land on her page, meet her online, and leave because they can't put her in a box. And she has to be okay with that. But she knows that the people who need what she's building will recognize it immediately.

2️⃣ She has to let go of the idea that "focus" means unrelenting subtraction.

For years, she's been told that success requires her to narrow down, pick a lane, niche until it hurts.

And she's tried. Goddddd, she's tried.

But building a multi-passionate brand requires her to understand that focus doesn't mean doing less, it means bringing all of who she is into alignment around a singular vision.

3️⃣ She has to be willing to build in public before she has it all figured out.

She won't have the perfect positioning statement or the flawless brand strategy on day one. She'll have a sense of direction and a commitment to follow what wants to be built.

And she'll have to be okay sharing her work, her thoughts, her process while she's still figuring it out. Because the women who need her service don't need her to be perfect; they need her to be real.

4️⃣ She has to trust herself and God more than she trusts the templates.

One-dimensional formulas are everywhere.

But none of them were built for women like her: women who hold multiple worlds inside them, who refuse to choose between the strategic and the sacred, the creative and the practical, the intellectual and the intuitive.

She has to be willing to walk away from the templates and build something that's never been built before.

5️⃣ She has to accept that this could take longer than she expects.

Integration isn't always a sprint; it's often a long and slow unfolding. Mastery is a path, not an event.

She won't "arrive" after one workshop or one breakthrough or one rebrand. She'll keep deepening, keep discovering, keep refining what she's building for years.

And she has to love that process. She has to want the depth more than she wants the quick win.

These are skills, and they’re ones she'll keep developing for the rest of her life.

Here's what I know to be true:

Not everyone is built to create a multi-passionate personal brand…

Some women thrive in a single lane because they love depth in one direction. These kinds of women are brilliant specialists, and the world needs them.

But if you're reading this and everything in you is saying “Yes, this, finally”, if you've spent years trying to narrow down and it's only made you smaller, if you carry multiple worlds inside you and you're tired of pretending you don't…

Then you're not broken, you're not unfocused, and you're not behind.

You are being called to build something different.

And this Saturday, Johanna and I are going to show you how.
